Be thankful of what you have...

While on holiday in Rome I saw both ends of the scale of living, the amount of poor and homeless people on the streets were staggering and the way the rich people went round the city in the big show off cars was just wrong, the people on the street all seemed to be old or disabled, which shows how Italy is run and how it cares for its citizens. I know that major cities and towns all have the same problems but in Rome the standard of living was like nothing I have ever seen before...

So I have decided to spread the word and get everybody to think of what they have and how they should be thankful of everything they have...

Yesterday, today and tomorrow

After a visit to the Vatican where faith and one sided views are posted everywhere to the point it is practically shoved at you, I thought the architecture was grand but very basic compared to the rest of Rome the paintings on the walls and ceilings were very uniformed and was all the same in general, the vatican was very bland compared to many cities...

So today I am visiting the Spanish steps and some other places so be sure to read my posts over the next few days...

culture difference, language barrier

the culture difference and language barrier on the first day of this trip is so strange the way the people act and the way the language works is so difficult to grasp and it can be difficult to understand and to communicate what you mean to somebody that does not speak English luckily we found a bistro with an American owner and his Italian wife so we knew what food we wanted and could communicate easily...

the amount of homeless people in Rome is shocking on every street and round every corner at night some body is sleeping rough in the streets, unlike London the police don not move them on and there was a small group of people taking food and water round to some of the homeless and checking on them...

second day in Rome today so will update you all later on with my blog post...

Arrivals at Rome

After stepping off the plane on to the runway as two technicians fixed the broken boarding arm we should have used we were packed on to a bus and taken to the main drop off point, after waiting 20mins for the cases to arrive we then had to go on a bus for 30min to get to the termini and then ask for directions to the hotel in broken italian, but we are safe in our apartment after eating a great meal in a small Italian bistro...

Thanks for reading I hope you will tune in tomorrow for the next installment of the holiday blog...

Relax and rest in an english pub

where i am staying in London with family is in a nice village type setting on the outskirts of London and while i am here i have seen more wildlife in the back garden than on  spring watch (TV programme)

After my day out in London where i visited Ripley's Believe it or not museum and the after walking round that for 4 hours i went walking down the south bank of the Thames and got some photos,

The atmosphere in London is amazing the activity of the city is constant you can always find people going about their own business, Ripley's museum is the greatest place for the wierd and wonderful from around the globe and the feel of the place is captured in the settings they have created the attactions are crazy the majority of the items are just stunning and you can see that it takes something special to appear in Ripley's

Traveling on the tide of time

Time travel is not possible unless you have many things in place and we are many years off making time travel possible, but we should ask ourselves why would we want to travel through time and who would be able to say what was right or wrong... In a way we travel towards through time each day and we think nothing of it...
One thing that bugs me the most about time travel is who would be in charge of it if it was possible?
What are your views on time travel? leave a comment below...

Insert words here:_________________

This is blogging at its best just me speed typing the first thoughts that enter my head and create the base of most blog posts that I have done up until a few weeks ago... thats when I started to write about situations and things I had seen on the transport system and other things that i had experienced.

I live my life with a very changeable attitude and i seem to access everything before doing anything new, plus have a habit of thinking out of the box and this is just down to an over active imagination, for example: we was asked to plan a project for uni and just come up with a few ideas to implement on the final project but being me i had nearly 350 ideas, that is what seems to happen most days and it can become more annoying than anything else.

The only thing i do find helps is to escape in a good game for a few hours each week... in this blog i have put my thoughts, my views and other things that are a view in to my everyday life and i hope people can relate to the posts i place on here and can find helpful information to help them in life when they are having problems or just in everyday situations

This blog is for everybody to view and i hope people enjoy reading the posts as much i as i have enjoyed writing them...

Blogging on a bus, funny looks from everyone

If you have read my blog before you would note an interest in public transport and the people that use it,
I commute to uni as it is cheaper and more accessible easy due to learning to drive... But in this predicament that is my life currently I find the people on the bus fall in to a few groups:
The regulars: the people that ride the bus everyday and use the bus service for work...

The day trip person: the person nobody knows and looks out the window in amazement at the scenery the bus passes everyday...

The student: uses the bus to go everywhere and gathers in big groups at the back of the bus...

The person: the everyday person that just uses the bus...

The people around us all have a story to tell, you just have to look and listen to the things around you...

Public Transport Tales: same route, different time, different people

Sat on the bus again, as I sat down I was greeted by the the sight of an old friend that I have not seen in many years the person in question was from my school years, this got me thinking  what a small world we inhabit and you will always meet somebody you know and have seen before, in the strangest places the thing abou this bus rides was it semed to go quicker as i wwas sat talking to him and when we arrived at the destination i was a bit sad we had to stop talking and go off our separate ways...

moral of the story is that you should take your time in lifwe as it will always escape you in the moments you wish it wouldn't

WHY DOES ALL THE MUSIC SOUND THE SAME?

All music nowadays sound the same as each other, what happened to the originality of the music...

Every song seems to sound the same, also the quality of the music sound so artificial and false the songs can seem to be wrong and the music seems more like a sell out of the music businesses potential...

the best music to listen to nowadays is the talented people on YouTube, the music and the bands on YouTube are so much better than the main stream groups on TV in my opinion..

Public Transport Tales: hot & cold

Sat on the bus again and it has just started to turn cold ready for winter, the bus is old and doesn't sound as healthy as it should and the regular people have turned up to use the bus, so as the bus driver gets ready to embark the old lady at the front pipes up are you putting the heater on it is too cold, reason 1 you are sat at the front near the door, reason 2 the bus heater has not worked for the past few months on this this bus so chances are it won't work now, about 20min later everybody at the front of the bus is still cold and the people at the back feel like burnt toast, when asked if she would like to move in to the warmth the woman replied:
"no thank you I have been sat here for the past 20mins and my house is colder than this because of David camaron tax cuts I will just have to get use to the winter, we all will.."

Public Transport Tales: The chav

A few days ago i was sat on the bus, (i have found that public transport is a great window into the lives of many people) and the typical chav music started playing very loud from the back of the bus, this was annoying as I had just come away from a stressful meeting and wanted some piece and quiet, but I had to laugh when his phone went off with the most embarrassing ringtone in the world... As he realise his music cut off he tried to grab his phone from the seat and answer it before it rang but he knocked the phone on the floor, as the ringtone started to play everybody turned to see him scramble to the floor looking for the phone while the ring tone got louder and louder... And they all turned to find him wedged under a bus seat grasping a phone playing a ringtone of a woman moaning and screaming "Harder... Harder.. oh yes"
But the story gets better as he managed to grab the phone and answer it the words that followed were greatest "oh mum why did you have to ring me you know I am on the bus why do you have to moan and scream at me all the time..."
Nearly everybody started to laugh, he realised what he had said, with that he cancelled the call and stormed off the bus.. leaving us all laughing to ourselves...

Friends and the internet...

We communicate our lives to everybody in our friends lists but would you really call the 1000 or so people true friends...
It makes you think about what a friend is an what they mean to us as people, how do we know who we are really talking to on the internet...

In my view: bloggers around the world give us details about their life everyday and it is this that makes the world of the internet so interesting as we can see the different points of view that we all have on many issues we all face...

Recently my posts have been a bit unfocused but from now its gong to be back to normal...
So think about the people you have met and look at what they mean to you and how they play a part in you life...

Be sure to keep reading my blog each and everyday, also subscribe to me on YouTube so my first youtube video can be sent to your sub box on Friday 7 oct...

Life and the internet...

How long have you gone without using the internet?
I bet the answer is not long...

I recently found this out myself when my internet was not working and I found life was a whole lot harder as I could not perform the tasks of my uni work and my emails have been unread for the past few days...

So today I ask as many people if you could answer the following:
How long can you survive without the internet?

Is the British government working for the good of the country?

In the news recently a company called BEA who make parts for planes and defence contracts have stated they will be laying off 900 people, as the defence contracts dry up...
This is a direct consequence of the government cutting the defence budget and going ahead with cuts to the UK budget, one thing that really caused and still causes problems today is the rise in university fees that has caused an influx of people to study now, the cost of a university course will be £9000 in some places and the problem that is most troubling is the lib dems broke a promise to lower the fees  but as part of the coalition they have stood by and watch the fees go up... meaning i will never trust the conservatives and the lib dems again...

Life is difficult all the time, but the government has caused more problems with these cuts to public services and many people do not have jobs anymore because of the cuts by businesses trying to stay afloat...
The UK needs to sort out its problems soon or there will be economic disasters everywhere but the coalition has not put together a solid plan to help get us afloat it is just causing problems with cuts and this could have been solved by spreading the cuts over a few years rather than all in one go...
As a student that is looking for work and trying to get a flat in the near future the future looks bleak, but I will always have a positive Outlook and try to make the best of any situation...
So now I have unloaded my thoughts about the government I will now leave this on a positive note,
In October it will be my 21st birthday and I have some big things planned so be sure to keep reading my blog each day and follow me on Twitter, plus subscribe to my YouTube channel (that would be the perfect gift for my 21st)
So thank you for reading and be sure to visit each day...
