Constant change to everything

I got all my uni work to a good point were I just need to add a few bits then it would be done, but once again I have started to mess with it and change the way I did it...
In everything in life I do this stupid thing were I change things because i am never happy with the work I do...

I think this I why I never started vlogging because I would always be harshly critical about the end result... So I am going to do some uni work over the next few days mainly because I am bored at the monent... Also I am going to re-edit my sound scape for my creative sound project in January so I am going to have fun playing on Pro Tools SE, I might upload it and see what the people of the internet think so you never know...

Sorry about not posting a blog post yesterday I was busy messing around with some uni work hopefully I will get back into some order and post each day so keep checking my blog and I hope you all have a great new year...

Christmas day

It's here and its the typical Christmas day were we all open gifts, ring round the family and prepare ourselves for the largest meal in history, we have done the same thing for the past dew years and it is great, a Christmas with family values and full of cheer...
I am off to spend time with the family...

I have got some great things this year and i should be a good meal today...
Thanks for Reading...

the perfect gift

I have Finlay done all the Christmas shopping and it is all sorted out

I had real trouble thinking of gifts this year and had been racking my brain to work out what i should have got people but i had the most trouble working out what to get my nan, she has everything she needs and technology is not here strong point so that ruled out 80% of the gifts i had already bought. But in a moment of greatness i thought of the greatest gift... A FOOD PARCEL yes that is right a box of food but not just any food...

the contents included:
 • Home made sweet potato and leek soup
 • Home made mushroom soup
 • Teabags
 • Sugar
 • Self Raising flour
 • Plain flour
 • Cookies
 • Chocolate
 • Christmas Cake
 • Pasta
 • Herbs
 • Cookbook
When i delivered it yesterday she was over the moon and while i was having a cup of tea with her she was already planning a big baking session to day for the family...

All this has got me thinking, do we need these large overpriced gifts and all this mass produced guff to have a great christmas.... no you dont all you need is a few small gifts, family and friends and to just enjoy yourself...

i had to laugh at my brother, he said "what do you want for christmas? you have about £50 to spend"
to which i replied "why that much?, just buy me a 30m ethernet cable and that will be fine" we then argued about christmas and gifts for about an hour but i dont see why somene would need to get load of presents and stuff just to be happy... i got my nephew a wii game (thats all i got him) because i know he will have lots of gifts at home so why add to them... you only need a meaningful and small gift to say merry christmas...

thanks for reading and merry christmas

Assassins Creed Revelations... Complete just now ...

wow... that was pure gaming history...

I have finally done it and the ending is epic the storyline is just amazing the way the plot twisted and turned was just great...

The ending cut scenes were so informative and have answered the questions i have had for many years but i have so many more now the game was the best i have played this year...

It has taken me four days to complete the whole storyline and the depth of the game i9s so intriguing and interesting...

I would recommend this game to everyone just for the story that it portrays and the messages that are given through the actions performed... the way the game played out was nice and simple and i felt the way the game play and the interaction of characters way shown was a fully immerse experience... i enjoyed the controls and the way the game reacted to the movements and actions of the characters, the tools and weapons available were great and the way the game felt was good...

i am going to replay it again and look at the multiple aspects that are available in the game and i hope to record some of theses sessions for my you tube channel so that should be good and give me something to do...

internet evolution

So the Internet has come along way from its original origins, the hype of Internet shopping and the unlimited communication that is available is open to everyone, years ago when the Internet was in its starting years nobody could have predicted how much the Internet influences the amount of people it does in this modern day community.

The Internet has spawned its own language and it is so easy to use that everybody benefits from the services it can provide, the Internet shopping scene has priced many shops out of the market and the postal services have grown larger and larger, the use of the Internet and computers in business have led to better company's and better costumer satisfaction which has improved the way we all live...

Millions of people use facebook, twitter, friends reunited and other sights such as these have found old friends got to know great new people around the world and expand there understandings about different cultures and the way we all live in our different communitys...

Blogging and video making have been open to everyone and the use of technology means that young people can get a foothold in a future career that they wish to follow...

I think the internet is a great tool that should be available in every household and used by everyone as it would make life better and people understand how they can make a diffrence in the world...

please spread this to your friends and family in any weay you can and lets make a change to everyone...

im on strike today plus good news

I am a student and part of the ucu union that represnts teachers and people around the uk that want a better future,

Now im not normally in uni today but if i was i still would not be there because the staff are on strike and the uni is shut on health and safety grounds due to lack of staff and emergency services, so i have a full day to blog and play games and get stuff sorted out for the stuff that is going to happen over the next few weeks i thought i would share with you a part of a projectr i am working on and see what people think...

we have to create some underwater deep show, in a theatre at uni so i have wrota a narative and built some model fish but the biggest thing for the director presentation in a few weeks time is going to be a giant angler fish that comes out of a cave, i hasve built this model that has working action and a working mouth so its like a puppet if we win this pitch to the director this thing is going to be 7ft long and 4ft wide so its going to be fun making the bigger model...

thank you to simon for operating the fish while i held the camera

The writers block plus a big brick wall & a few trees in the way

As I write this I have no idea of which direction this blog post could take, I have had too much to deal with at the moment and my blog has become a place of ranting madness and I have 10+ rants on here as drafts that may never be published, I have had so much to do and so much coming up that I don't have any time to just sit and blog about what I want to say, this post is just 1 of them times where I try to destress and re-balance my life so I can work properly and focus on the tasks in hand, I have made a few videos and made a few blog entrust to cover this week, so I have a few tasks in hand...

The problem I face is getting a few 1000 word essays out the way ready for deadlines that are rapidly approaching, I shall be sorting these out over the next few days and getting them done so I can relax,

So sorry to anyone that feels this blog is getting rubbish at the moment but I am finding it difficult to get everything done...

It would help if everyone would leave a few comments on what they think of my blog posts past and present and just to give abit of support at the moment...

Thanks for reading

Insert random words here

So I was thinking about my blog and everything that has happened since I started it and the main thing that I can say is the freedom and the feeling of release when you write a post, I said I would blog each day but every few days I take a day to write a few posts and make new content for the blog which is why I don't post a blog entry that day or it is normally a bit late.

My view about blogging changes from day to day and I feel I could never just write about 1 thing or 1 theme, so my blog is an open book with something for everyone and it is produced by myself with a lot of thought and care, I don't care about viewing figures and money, I blog because I enjoy it and so people can read it...

A blog is like life it evolves and shapes itself into many things as time goes on and the reader goes on a journey through the changes and sees changing moods and attitudes to the things around them...

This post is just my thoughts as I sit in the car as I am traveling and I have meant to write something like this so the readers can understand the behind the scenes of my blog...

minecraft on the brain + advice

I play minecraft at least 3 times a week and use a server with a few mates now and again, the world of minecraft is vast and the content is great fun at the end of a busy day.
A few days ago i came away from uni a bit stressed and felt annoyed so went on modern warfare 3 and then felt frustrated by that game so went on the minecraft server and built a tower on the server, after building with no real plan i made this tower that can be seen from miles around...

After doing this i felt calmer and more relaxed and felt better about the incidents that had amounted to get me stressed in the first place

But i have some advice for any minecraft player that wants a really cool texture pack its called
Ovo's Rustic v1.7zip

The textures are so nice and clean and the feel of the game is greatly improved by the homely feel of things..

so if you want a great texture pack find it at the forums and get it because it is great

Minecraft update part 4

sorry there wasn't a blog post yesterday i was busy reviewing some xbox games...

So we come to the end of my minecraft themed blog posts for now I am messing around with some stuff at the moment so I plan to produce a blog post about the items that are new...
One more point about the new update is the better music included in game which is great to listen to and relax as you build...
Also the potions potions are great and the combinations are a little confusing but interesting
the enchantment table is just cool as the book follows you and the graphic represnation of items is alot better

I have started recording some minecraft videos that I plan to post to YouTube soon so keep looking for update news on my blog...

The first video has a bit of back story so it is taking some time to sort out...

Minecraft update part 3

Welcome to part 3, this is a small update about a few bugs I have found the cauldron for mixing potions is broken, the clouds freeze up now and again and the new items seem laggy when you try to use them,

the hardcore mode is great the trill of running away from the mobs have made the game so much better, the creative mode seems better and the smoothness of building has improved from past versions

tune in tomorrow for another minecraft update

thanks for reading

Minecraft update part 2

Welcome back to my minecraft theme blog posts hope you enjoyed part 1...
Where to start, well there seems to be continuation of potions and a lot of new combination of things for potions, plus the enchantment table and new things like end sand and stuff from the end, oh be aware the mobs seem a bit more hostile now so watch yourselves... And they jump quite well now so my advice is think building defence,
The feel of control is better and the experience bar is there on screen in hardcore mode and survival but not in creative to clear up any confusion caused with my last post...
I plan to experiment with the new stuff and put a short guide on here, if you would like this idea comment below...

Minecraft update part 1

Goodbye bata 1.8.1 and hello to 1.0.0
The game update came out at 11ish last night and it is great, the texture packs are abit buggy, but the game is finally here in all its block building glory, the game has added hardcore mode in single player and the experience bar has gone to be replaced by numbers...
There is so much to talk about that I don't know where to start with it all. The game is smoother and everything seems to work, no information yet as I write this to what is in the new version but if its anything like 1.9 the content will be quite large so watch this blog over the next few days for more information...
Look out for part 2 tomorrow...

The list of pending jobs is growing

I am currently working on several projects that are all very time consuming but the end products will be epic, the biggest job so far is designing and building a giant angler fish for a show next year, the design has been re-drawn 12 or so times and a mini model is currently being built but the bigger larger then life one is going to be a challenge...
The life of a theatre technician is complex and the jobs can differ from day to day...
I have decided to post a few pictures soon so be sure to keep looking out for them and visiting my blog.
also I am starting a minecraft series on youtube soon, so be sure to follow me on Twitter and subscribe to my YouTube channel and tell your friends too and let's get a new worldwide community started in a small corner of the internet...
also I plan to run a server on minecraft soon so if you are interested in shaping the future of the server and playing a good game of minecraft leave a comment on the YouTube page
So we can get a rough number of people that are interested...

Blog post inspired by my blog

I blog because I enjoy blogging, I earn money from the blog so I can make the blog better, I hate the advertisements around the screens on most websites and find that pay per view is better...

i blog about everything because i think you should never limit yourself to just a few things when writing creatively and blogging is a freedom of speech that means anyone can say what they think...

so a quick not my blog post from yesterday seems to have dissapered and it wont show up i hope to repost it sometime tomorrow and then you can read it again...

Evolution

Person 1: The blog has evolved, what shall we do?
Person 2: I don't know it has become something more than I could have imagined, we can not contain it
Person 3: we should spread the word and get other people reading it, we should add the links to digg, Twitter & facebook, everybody should know about it...
Person 1: what lies in the future for this blog what will happen?
Person 2: who knows, but one thing is for sure...
Person 1: what's that?
Person 2: its up to everybody in the world to spread the word...

So if you read this blog daily or if you have only just read this post, tell you friends, family and everyone you know to visit the blog read the old posts and keep up to date with the latest posts and follow the kvlog101 blog...

writers block and a blog post about nothing

i am working on so many projects that my brain is not working and i know my blog posts have got a bit rubbish at the moment so i have set aside a day or two to get my blog back to the same way it was a few months ago, i have found since blogging that you go through phases were the blog changes and twist and turns appear and can bee really good or can be a bad move for the blog...

my blog is like a walk through the countryside, twists and turns, the odd pub or two, the shortcuts and the moments yo misplace the map
i need to find my way back on to the path and stop running around in the field so i plan to transfer some more of my public transport tales from my notebooks and start a project on youtube so keep looking out for that...

Public transport tales London edition

While staying with family in chipstead near London I traveled in to London on the overground and then on the underground and here are a few observations and tales...

1 Everybody looks after number one.
2 If you get a seat, congratulations...
3 do not read over the next persons shoulder...
4 watch your pockets...

The tale
I was stood on the underground platform waiting for a train when a group of tourists from Italy are stood trying to decode the map they had and try to get any help they could find, (I have only learnt basic Italian for my trip to Rome so I could understand about 20% of what they were saying) they approached me and asked were they were on the map which I gladly showed them and then they wanted help getting there cases on the train so I helped with that, but while I was helping them all of the other people around seemed to frown upon offering help, even a group of Americans started making fun of these girls,

so being the way I an I responded back to these Americans saying
'how would you like it to be left to cope on your own learn to respect people'
with this one of them started to get very angry and start shouting at me.

An announcement came across the platform about luggage and bags security and with this one American piped up 'as if anyone would put a bomb on one of these trains' the people I was with had heard this and so did 3 transport police that then led the person away a few minutes later he came back and seemed much more quiet...

So respect other people and be careful of what you say, you never know who is watching and listening...

Virgin media problems

I have had problems recently that are starting to get annoying and I am possibly even looking at switching providers,
we upgraded our virgin media connection a few months ago and we have had connection problems since.
when the new shiny "super hub" arrived we were promised perfect wireless throughout the house and it would be more secure than any other signal.

virgin media lied, the wireless would not even work in the same room and the netbook was sat 1metre away from it, so I had to plug the old router back in to get wireless, once it was working I decided to get a friend to hack in to the wireless to check how secure it real was and it only took 5 minutes and he had got in to the system, very secure I think not...

For the past few weeks I have had so many problems with the company and there connection I just can't be bothered anymore...

The service from virgin media is just a joke you can't get a connection 9 times out of 10 and when you can get a connection it dips out and you end up having to reset the hub to get any connection at all...

My advice to anybody is to not go with virgin media for internet connection as you will have problems all the time...

Priority planning

So as many of you might not know I have a gamer blog that I use every now and again, but I am going to be launching a set of reviews over the next few months for some of the big games that are due to enter the charts so here's a heads up warning so you can prepare and be ready to read the most up to date reviews...

Back to the matter in hand, priority planning is key in everybody's life and I have a lot of stuff to sort out and get ready for in the next few weeks, the jobs I am talking about are small things but in planning these things I have to get everything just right or I could find myself in a tight spot with money and time, this blog post is just a small update that will hopefully keep you all wondering what will be happening and keep you logging on to read these posts...

That Point in your life

After just celebrating my 21st birthday, studying at hull for a BA Hons course, living in a nice house, having the support of my family, working when I want to work, ect...
All the above got me thinking about my life and I realised i am happy with the balance of everything in my life at this point, I am thankful of my life and everything up to this point and I could see this mood continuing into the future because it is only me that can make my life what it is and what I can be...

I have a question for all my readers, are you happy with your life and if not how do you plan on changing it...

Be thankful of what you have...

While on holiday in Rome I saw both ends of the scale of living, the amount of poor and homeless people on the streets were staggering and the way the rich people went round the city in the big show off cars was just wrong, the people on the street all seemed to be old or disabled, which shows how Italy is run and how it cares for its citizens. I know that major cities and towns all have the same problems but in Rome the standard of living was like nothing I have ever seen before...

So I have decided to spread the word and get everybody to think of what they have and how they should be thankful of everything they have...

Yesterday, today and tomorrow

After a visit to the Vatican where faith and one sided views are posted everywhere to the point it is practically shoved at you, I thought the architecture was grand but very basic compared to the rest of Rome the paintings on the walls and ceilings were very uniformed and was all the same in general, the vatican was very bland compared to many cities...

So today I am visiting the Spanish steps and some other places so be sure to read my posts over the next few days...

culture difference, language barrier

the culture difference and language barrier on the first day of this trip is so strange the way the people act and the way the language works is so difficult to grasp and it can be difficult to understand and to communicate what you mean to somebody that does not speak English luckily we found a bistro with an American owner and his Italian wife so we knew what food we wanted and could communicate easily...

the amount of homeless people in Rome is shocking on every street and round every corner at night some body is sleeping rough in the streets, unlike London the police don not move them on and there was a small group of people taking food and water round to some of the homeless and checking on them...

second day in Rome today so will update you all later on with my blog post...

Arrivals at Rome

After stepping off the plane on to the runway as two technicians fixed the broken boarding arm we should have used we were packed on to a bus and taken to the main drop off point, after waiting 20mins for the cases to arrive we then had to go on a bus for 30min to get to the termini and then ask for directions to the hotel in broken italian, but we are safe in our apartment after eating a great meal in a small Italian bistro...

Thanks for reading I hope you will tune in tomorrow for the next installment of the holiday blog...

Sat in the airport waiting for gate information and looking forward to my first flight to rome, then I will be on a metro for 30min to the hotel in the middle of Rome...

Traveling on the tide of time

Time travel is not possible unless you have many things in place and we are many years off making time travel possible, but we should ask ourselves why would we want to travel through time and who would be able to say what was right or wrong... In a way we travel towards through time each day and we think nothing of it...
One thing that bugs me the most about time travel is who would be in charge of it if it was possible?
What are your views on time travel? leave a comment below...

Insert words here:_________________

This is blogging at its best just me speed typing the first thoughts that enter my head and create the base of most blog posts that I have done up until a few weeks ago... thats when I started to write about situations and things I had seen on the transport system and other things that i had experienced.

I live my life with a very changeable attitude and i seem to access everything before doing anything new, plus have a habit of thinking out of the box and this is just down to an over active imagination, for example: we was asked to plan a project for uni and just come up with a few ideas to implement on the final project but being me i had nearly 350 ideas, that is what seems to happen most days and it can become more annoying than anything else.

The only thing i do find helps is to escape in a good game for a few hours each week... in this blog i have put my thoughts, my views and other things that are a view in to my everyday life and i hope people can relate to the posts i place on here and can find helpful information to help them in life when they are having problems or just in everyday situations

This blog is for everybody to view and i hope people enjoy reading the posts as much i as i have enjoyed writing them...

Blogging on a bus, funny looks from everyone

If you have read my blog before you would note an interest in public transport and the people that use it,
I commute to uni as it is cheaper and more accessible easy due to learning to drive... But in this predicament that is my life currently I find the people on the bus fall in to a few groups:
The regulars: the people that ride the bus everyday and use the bus service for work...

The day trip person: the person nobody knows and looks out the window in amazement at the scenery the bus passes everyday...

The student: uses the bus to go everywhere and gathers in big groups at the back of the bus...

The person: the everyday person that just uses the bus...

The people around us all have a story to tell, you just have to look and listen to the things around you...

Public Transport Tales: same route, different time, different people

Sat on the bus again, as I sat down I was greeted by the the sight of an old friend that I have not seen in many years the person in question was from my school years, this got me thinking what a small world we inhabit and you will always meet somebody you know and have seen before, in the strangest places the thing abou this bus rides was it semed to go quicker as i wwas sat talking to him and when we arrived at the destination i was a bit sad we had to stop talking and go off our separate ways...

moral of the story is that you should take your time in lifwe as it will always escape you in the moments you wish it wouldn't

WHY DOES ALL THE MUSIC SOUND THE SAME?

All music nowadays sound the same as each other, what happened to the originality of the music...

Every song seems to sound the same, also the quality of the music sound so artificial and false the songs can seem to be wrong and the music seems more like a sell out of the music businesses potential...

the best music to listen to nowadays is the talented people on YouTube, the music and the bands on YouTube are so much better than the main stream groups on TV in my opinion..

Public Transport Tales: hot & cold

Sat on the bus again and it has just started to turn cold ready for winter, the bus is old and doesn't sound as healthy as it should and the regular people have turned up to use the bus, so as the bus driver gets ready to embark the old lady at the front pipes up are you putting the heater on it is too cold, reason 1 you are sat at the front near the door, reason 2 the bus heater has not worked for the past few months on this this bus so chances are it won't work now, about 20min later everybody at the front of the bus is still cold and the people at the back feel like burnt toast, when asked if she would like to move in to the warmth the woman replied:
"no thank you I have been sat here for the past 20mins and my house is colder than this because of David camaron tax cuts I will just have to get use to the winter, we all will.."

Public Transport Tales: The chav

A few days ago i was sat on the bus, (i have found that public transport is a great window into the lives of many people) and the typical chav music started playing very loud from the back of the bus, this was annoying as I had just come away from a stressful meeting and wanted some piece and quiet, but I had to laugh when his phone went off with the most embarrassing ringtone in the world... As he realise his music cut off he tried to grab his phone from the seat and answer it before it rang but he knocked the phone on the floor, as the ringtone started to play everybody turned to see him scramble to the floor looking for the phone while the ring tone got louder and louder... And they all turned to find him wedged under a bus seat grasping a phone playing a ringtone of a woman moaning and screaming "Harder... Harder.. oh yes"
But the story gets better as he managed to grab the phone and answer it the words that followed were greatest "oh mum why did you have to ring me you know I am on the bus why do you have to moan and scream at me all the time..."
Nearly everybody started to laugh, he realised what he had said, with that he cancelled the call and stormed off the bus.. leaving us all laughing to ourselves...

Friends and the internet...

We communicate our lives to everybody in our friends lists but would you really call the 1000 or so people true friends...
It makes you think about what a friend is an what they mean to us as people, how do we know who we are really talking to on the internet...

In my view: bloggers around the world give us details about their life everyday and it is this that makes the world of the internet so interesting as we can see the different points of view that we all have on many issues we all face...

Recently my posts have been a bit unfocused but from now its gong to be back to normal...
So think about the people you have met and look at what they mean to you and how they play a part in you life...

Be sure to keep reading my blog each and everyday, also subscribe to me on YouTube so my first youtube video can be sent to your sub box on Friday 7 oct...

Life and the internet...

How long have you gone without using the internet?
I bet the answer is not long...

I recently found this out myself when my internet was not working and I found life was a whole lot harder as I could not perform the tasks of my uni work and my emails have been unread for the past few days...

So today I ask as many people if you could answer the following:
How long can you survive without the internet?

Is the British government working for the good of the country?

In the news recently a company called BEA who make parts for planes and defence contracts have stated they will be laying off 900 people, as the defence contracts dry up...
This is a direct consequence of the government cutting the defence budget and going ahead with cuts to the UK budget, one thing that really caused and still causes problems today is the rise in university fees that has caused an influx of people to study now, the cost of a university course will be £9000 in some places and the problem that is most troubling is the lib dems broke a promise to lower the fees but as part of the coalition they have stood by and watch the fees go up... meaning i will never trust the conservatives and the lib dems again...

Life is difficult all the time, but the government has caused more problems with these cuts to public services and many people do not have jobs anymore because of the cuts by businesses trying to stay afloat...
The UK needs to sort out its problems soon or there will be economic disasters everywhere but the coalition has not put together a solid plan to help get us afloat it is just causing problems with cuts and this could have been solved by spreading the cuts over a few years rather than all in one go...
As a student that is looking for work and trying to get a flat in the near future the future looks bleak, but I will always have a positive Outlook and try to make the best of any situation...
So now I have unloaded my thoughts about the government I will now leave this on a positive note,
In October it will be my 21st birthday and I have some big things planned so be sure to keep reading my blog each day and follow me on Twitter, plus subscribe to my YouTube channel (that would be the perfect gift for my 21st)
So thank you for reading and be sure to visit each day...

The worst article ever to appear in todays newspaper

Today i opened the paper to read this article that can only be described as a total piece of rubbish to ever grace the Internet and newspapers...
The article is in red and my comments are in blue...

Why One Direction are better than The Beatles

1 THE Beatles have never been on X Factor.
True, But a band with talent of the Beatles would not have to appear on the xfactor to be famous, plus the xfactor never existed years back when the Beatles were starting out...

2 THE Beatles might have produced a few alright songs, but they also foisted some right howlers on us, like that walrus rubbish.
One Direction’s entire back catalogue is, unarguably, a totally perfect body of work. (OK, they’ve only released one single so far but it is REALLY GOOD.)
A year from now the people from one direction will have lost all their fame and fortune, will have been scraped by their supporters and be signed on the dole like all the other xfactor contestants from the past shows...

3 ONE Direction only became a band after Nicole Scherzinger suggested it on the show.
The Beatles became a band without input from any of the Pussycat Dolls. Tedious.
The Beatles created their own success and worked for years to make a name for themselves, one direction have not had to work at anything to become who they are...

4 THE Beatles rushed to deliver their first album, bashing out ten of the fourteen tracks in just one day.
One Direction have spent nearly a whole year on their debut, so it’s obvious which will be the superior recording.
Times have changed and recording sessions use to cost a lot more many years ago and some of the best songs have been written in the heat of the moment...

5 WHEN One Direction are apart they always text and tweet “I miss you” to each other. The Beatles didn’t even like each other enough to stay together.
The Beatles created the music they did because of the dynamic of the group they are still the best band of the past and there records still sell today...

6 ONE Direction call Simon Cowell “Uncle Simon.” John Lennon never even met Simon Cowell!
The meeting with a celebrity like john Lennon and a small time record producer back then would have been a waste of time and John Lennon was killed in the 1980's so i don't think they will be meeting anytime soon...

7 THE Beatles tried other names like Johnny and the Moondogs, Long John and The Beetles and The Silver Beatles before becoming The Beatles. One Direction have always had one direction about being called One Direction.
Oh WOW how very original, the name of the band is one direction, ask someone who one direction is in a few years time and you might hear that person say: "who are they then, oh year that band that made a few songs"

8 ONE Direction’s Zayn went out with Rebecca Ferguson, who is much classier than Cynthia Lennon. During X Factor, Harry, Liam and Zayn were all linked to the same girl, and this could potentially have ripped the band apart. In other words, Cher Lloyd is their Yoko. Amazing.
Shame they didn't just split up during the xfactor then you wouldn't have written this pointless article...

9 THE Beatles were famous for their hair. Yet, no Beatle had better hair than Harry Styles, right.
The Beatles defined a era in pop culture and were icons of their time, Harry Styles hair belongs on a dog...

10 ONE Direction are the ambassadors for Pokemon. The selfish old Beatles were only ever ambassadors for themselves.
WOW One direction promote a craze that was cool nearly 10years or so ago,
The beatles were embassadors for the history of music and have inspired thousands of people around the globe with their music and have a following of people spanning every age gap...

How anybody can slate the beatles like she has done should look at the facts before writting such a slap dash article that has not many interesting facts and has as much useful infomation as a chocolate teapot...
the comment made by Polly Hudson are her views and she is entitled to her point of view but when you write an article about a band like THE BEATLES that has changed the world as much as they have done you have to see that people can take your points of view as a broken and one minded look at the past and comparing it with the future and present day and this does not work as time is always different and you can not compare 2 things as easy as you have portrayed in this article...

Is YOUTUBE better than television?

This is so easy to answer: YES
How many times have you sat down to watch TV and find that the same repeat is on again and the best action movies are on late at night...

Step in YOUTUBE the greatest video service on the Internet, packed full of videos about everything...
Not only does it contain great content from people like: Charlieissocoollike, Nerimon, ijustine, Khyan1, danmann44 and many more i have no time to name at the moment..

Youtube contains better music and more tallent than the people on TV and the people on youtube seem more real than the people that go on tv talent shows...

Also subscribe to my channel so you can catch my first video that will be going on to youtube soon...
so now you have seen my views on this subject leave a comment on what you think...

The Great Swan Rescue

On a quiet Sunday morning around 11ish, I was called out doors by my neighbour to be greeted by the sight of a swan on the church roof at the end of my road...

we all stood round as one person rang the RSPCA who said they would be there in 40min
So while we all waited the swan just looked round and explored the edge of the roof...
But then a twist in the events lead to a shocking stunt by the swan as it jumped to the floor of the passage way below...
but luckily it was OK and it stood up...
As everybody else went about their business me an a neighbour stood there and parked a car in the way so it would not run on to the road or fly in to the telegraph poles and wires around the area...
While we stood there I took this video..
So for about an hour we kept the swan contained in the passage so it was safe..

Then the RSPCA turned up and put it in a swan bag to transport it to the local pond...

That was just 2 hours or so of my day...

Facebook timeline, What?... No Too far!!!!

If you have read my blog posts before you will see I am slowly hating Facebook more and more, but now that's it i have had enough of this stupid update stuff that is just murdering Facebook its like someone taking a knife and ripping the mona lisa in half.
Facebook was fine as it was it was a great website full of useful tools that helped people communicate, but now it is a busy good for nothing joke that is full of things and stuff that is just polluting the internet with crap,
if they should do anything to improve face book they should return it back to the great service that it once was...
Facebook is the new Myspace sat in the bottom of the scrapheap rotting and festering in its own toxic pool of privacy settings...
So on to the lighter note of the day GOOGLE+ is going from new kid on the block to sit on the thrown of social networks with twitter...

why did you do it facebook?

I am so disappointed with Facebook and the new changes, the appeal of Facebook in the first place was the simple layout and the way you could interact with different friends but the new layout is so packed with lists and "things" that are just there and use up space...
The extra time it takes to load the extra things is just a waste of time and the whole "upgrade" of Facebook is just one big waste of effort by the team at Facebook and they have destroyed a quality product that once was good...

the only way you will ever get back to the good times is to get rid of these "improvements" and give us back the real and useful Facebook...

Whats your views...

Google+ is it the new facebook?

The social networks have grown over the past few years and now Google have offered up their option on a big silver plate with extra side orders... GOOGLE+
And before any of you start, we have to look at the facts and the way we use the Internet for communication.
The new system by google is not the most original but still it is good, the layout and the features are easy to use and are great resources when you are just using the Internet,
The easy interaction and log in with your Google account means a better service than the Facebook log in and the Google security system is easy to understand and navigate unlike the Facebook options...
Facebook has change recently and I have found the new system less focused on simplicity and more like an excuse to fill space with "stuff", so for me Google+ is just that bit better but I will still be keeping the Facebook account for now though...
Also one thing that i have realised is the freedom of the google system as at many educational establishments facebook is banned and this is due to filters in place but these filters should not block google+ or google will not work, so for all the students that are looking for a alternative to facebook sign up to google+ today...

In my view I find that google+ is going to improve the way we all communicate and it will improve the way we search the internet and how we can use the internet in our everyday lives, it is just that bit better than facebook, but it will be the internet community that will decide who wins the war of the social networks...

What do you think of google+ is it better than facebook?

Breaking on to youtube vlogging

If you have read my blogs and visited my pages before you would see that i have a youtube channel and i have not posted anything just yet...
The main reason for this is i have made some videos that i plan on posting but i still dont have an angle that i want to work from, I have asked myself what should i do: weekly vlog, video games reviews, gadget reviews or just talk about anything...
I have decided to do all of these things and create a show with a format of different sections so the new video should be done soon...
Then maybe in a few months if I get enough viewers I will make separate channels for my videos.

How Far Is Too Far? 20/9/11

This question should always be present in everybodies life and you should always think anything through and be careful of the consequences that may follow any decision you make...
People will try to help people in any walk of life and try to help everyone they ever meet but we all should be aware that we can jump to conclusions and some people don't want help...
There have been cases in the past were someone has helped another person only to have it thrown back in their face and get sued for obstruction or something silly like that...
As Humans we are hard wired to do certain things and act in a certain way in situations that arise in life, but through generations of evolution and changes in attitudes we have all found different ways of coping with the everyday challenges in different ways...
Here's something to think about:
You see a friend in a situation how far do you go to help them?
I guess you would do almost anything in your power and in reasonable means to help them...
You see a total stranger in the same situation how far do you go to help them?
Most people would not put as much effort in to help a total stranger or would just walk past with no thought...
Why is it different?
In life people should treat others as they would like to be treated...
You should be who you want to be, but realise that in life your actions should be measured by yourself because you are the only person that kmows your own limits and know how far too far is....

Is life simple? 19/9/11

A short post today just something for everybody to think about....
if you want to add anything to this leave a comment...

We can complain about life being difficult but it is a product of our own doing?

Life is what you make it and you can change your own path in life, by changing your view of life and your outlook you can be master of your own fate and make life work in your favour...

Life is full of stress and other problems that effect our life and if we can change the bad elements of our life we can improve our health and the lives of others around us...

I can't tell you if life is simple because it is up to the person themself to decide...

PC Gaming

How many people play games on the pc anymore?
This is for a research project so leave a comment on here if you:
Play games on the pc?
What do you play?
How often do you play pc games?
Do you own any games consoles?

why do we exaggerate?

Why do we exaggerate in life?
People exaggerate all the time and it is one of them things that never really change.
The characteristics of humans are visible to everybody, you just have to look at people and life with a different view and one characteristics is the trait of exaggeration of things in life,
why do we exaggerate things?
Here's what i think:
Life can get boring so we make it better by bending the truth...
We all want to be seen in a better light so we make our lives seem better by exaggeration...
We give ourselves a confidence boost...
We feel better if we can top another persons achievments...
So if you know why we exaggerate or you have a theory about why Leave a comment

Countdown of Christmas 17/9/11

Why has the countdown started already?
It is September and the shops are already getting the Christmas decorations out and making the window displays ready for the must have products of 2011,

The website banners and ads will be turning Christmas style in a matter of weeks and the second by second countdown to the biggest consumer holiday will begin...
There are lots of other things to happen before Christmas and we should all live for now because nobody knows what the next few months have in store...
One thing for sure is the Internet is going to be full of great offers, so keep looking out for the best offers as in these hard times when money is not at its strongest we all need to find the perfect gift for the people we buy presents for....

But we must try to look to the local producers and the small local shops that are struggling in this current climate and try to shop at our local shops and use shops that offer the unique gifts rather than the mass produced products, so when you look for the gift dont just go to the big super stores take the time to go to the local small shops and find that perfect gift...

Coffee or Tea & Side-order of Life Please 16/9/11

The age old question: What do you drink TEA or COFFEE?

The answer is easy for me, both,

I am an avid coffee drinker and i also drink tea. I can see why this is as i come from a family background where my dads side of the family drink coffee and my mums side of the family drink tea,

This got me thinking, our life is shaped by the background of our parents, we get habits from our family and friends, we get manners and important life lessons from our parents, and many things are learnt in early life that shape what we are in life and who we grow in to in later life...

Life is one big lesson and we learn alot of lessons from the people around us, we all have influences in our lives and these are the small things that make us who we are, so we can pass on our skills and our influence on other people...

Reasons for Blogging 15/9/11

As a blogger I have reasons for spending time and creating the content for my blog and I have felt that my life has changed because of my commitment to blogging, I feel that my life is better because of my blogging and i have a more positive outlook on life...

Many people blog as a job and enjoy it but many blog as a past-time or a hobbie and enjoy it as much as the ones that are getting paid..

Blogging for money is a good way to earn small revenue and to pay for your Internet fees but many have a nice living of it...

At the moment I am going through the process of sorting tax issues with the inland revenue and sorting out a Google AdSense account, The reasons for this is to help pay off my student loans and have some extra money for when i leave university and improve my lifestyle for the better...

But I want to know why you blog and what you think:
 • Why do you blog?
 • Who do you aim your blog at?
 • Is blogging a big part of your life?
 • Do you get paid for your blogging?
 • Is payed blogging worth it?
 • Are you signed up to google adsense?
If you would answer these just leave a comment, it will be interesting to see other people think and do...

My Changing Lifestyle 14/9/11

In the next few days my lifestyle will be changing direction and i shall be going back to university for my last year but before that i have to go to my graduation ceremony...

It seems that everything in my life arrives in blocks, for example: I graduate my Foundation Degree on a friday and start a BA Hons degree on the following monday....

Also this means my style of working will change but i have found that my life as a blogger is very addaptive and I will be able to still post a blog each day for the peole that view it each day....

I have planned my days like this:

Plan Blogs on the bus going to university...
Publish my blog entry each day on the way to university...
Update my twitter on my phone...

At lunch check the stats and check for any comments

After university get a coffee and plan the next days post and write it on the bus back home...
Then in my spare time film for youtube videos

So as you can see blogging can be very adaptive and anyone can fit it into their day and share a blog with people from around the world...
I am not going tos top blogging and i hope you will all continue reading my blog each day and enjoy reading it as much as i enjoy writing it...

Life lessons in media

Forms of modern media all contain life lessons and important messages that can help in every walk of life...

Television, Games, Newspapers and Books all contain the vital life lessons that everybody should know and the use of media is very helpful to improve the life of many people...

Modern media is the best thing for the future, many people that 'bash' the media by saying the following statements, are normally misundrstanding people that are afraid of change and don't embrace the technological lifestyle of today...

"Games are responsible for violence"
No they are not, games contain violence but they also contain back story that has life lessons in there as well... Read my game blog for example:
http://kvlog101game-blog.blogspot.com/

"Newspapers pollute our society"
No they don't, the articles in the paper are somebodies view and the reader does not have to take on that point of view they can read it as a view of another person...

"The Internet is full of adult content"
Yes it is BUT it is a resource that is more than just adult content, it is the one resource that can be used by everyone to blog, shop, research, watch TV and share their experiences with the world...

"People waste their life on the Internet "
Partly true but people use the Internet in there lives for many reason who's to say what wasting time is as a blogger i find that the Internet has helped me to improve my out look on life as a blogger...

The important life lessons and the lessons we can learn from media can range from small things like opinions to large things like respect and feelings, and everything we can learn that improves our life and makes our life what it is, These are all life lessons.

I don't really know how to end this post now but in reading this i hope that everyone can see that there are hidden messages in life that we can all learn from and become better people because of these messages that are around us all day every day...

what have you learnt from the media be it books, newspaper, games and television? Leave a comment...

My internet lifestyle as a blogger

As a Blogger my life is taken up by my blogging activities and I have adapted my day around the life of the Internet Blogger...
My daily routine:
I plan a few days ahead with draft posts and publish one post a day, once published I will update my Twitter account and then leave my blog until lunch when I check my stats on blogger, then spend the afternoon filming for YouTube or planning my blog posts, before going to sleep I will check my stats again and update any detail on my draft posts,
When I wake up the next day I will do the same thing....
What a life some people would say but i feel my blog can be a help to many people to see a different point of view and to spread the word about issues people may not know about....

I am happy with my life and i would not change it for anything, the people from around the world i have met through blogging have been brilliant and i think blogging is a lifestyle that is like a window into a persons life that can be useful for people to see and read, as we can all learn lessons from each other...
